Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period, unless the minimum number of participants is not meet. If this occurs you will be refunded 100% 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers:  DHL or FedEx. This will include all information required and additional information as deemed appropriate to prepare you for the course.
